Sexual addiction can take many forms: physical affairs, emotional affairs, compulsive sexual fantasy, compulsive masturbation, addiction to pornography or internet sex sites and chat rooms, addiction to phone sex, exhibitionism, voyeurism, prostitution and more. If you feel your life is spinning out of control because of the sex addiction of another person, S-Anon can help you regain your sanity and serenity. You are not alone. S-Anon is a recovery program for women and men who meet to share their experience, strength and hope; so they may help solve their common problems and help others to recover from the effects of having lived with or living with a sexaholic.The "primary purpose" of S-Anon is to help families and friends of sexaholics. The only requirement for membership is sexaholism in a family member or friend. S-Anon is a program of recovery from the effects of sexaholism, based on the Twelve Steps and the Twelve Traditions of S-Anon. The Steps and Traditions are based on the Twelve Steps and Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous, the original 12-Step program. |
